Red Letter Christians Podcast
A Christian commentary on the way of Jesus in the world today with Red Letter Christian leaders Dr. Tony Campolo and Shane Claiborne. Red Letter Christians gets its name from the Bibles that highlight the words of Jesus in red and we are aspiring to live “as if Jesus meant the stuff he said.” Some episodes of this podcast have been adapted from the radio show “Across the Pond” which airs on Sunday afternoons in the UK on Premier Radio. Others are from events such as Faith Forums, Book Clubs, and Monthly Morning Prayer.

Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) is a network of Christians committed to seeing people and communities experience God’s shalom. We believe that God wants to restore a right relationship between us, our families and our communities – spiritually, emotionally, physically, economically and socially. In the words of the Prophet Jeremiah, “we work and pray for the well-being of our city [or neighborhood],” trusting that if the entire community does well and prospers, then we will prosper also. CCDA started as a longing in the hearts of just a few people-you can read more about our history here. [from https://ccda.org/]

When Paula is sentenced to death, no one decries the impending execution of a tenth grader. But the tide begins to shift when the victim’s grandson Bill forgives the girl, against the wishes of his family, and campaigns to spare her life..." from https://alex-mar.com/seventy-times-seven/

"Drawing on Scripture, church history, and his own story, Shane Claiborne explores how a passion for social justice issues surrounding life and death--such as war, gun ownership, the death penalty, racial injustice, abortion, poverty, and the environment--intersects with our faith as we advocate for life in its totality." The RLC Podcast is back!
Since the inception of Red Letter Christians, we’ve collaborated with some great partnerships to get our message out. For several years, we had a television show. For over a decade, we’ve had a weekly radio show, “Across the Pond,” airing on Premier Radio in the United Kingdom. In 2020, both the pandemic and Tony’s stroke made it difficult to record new content, but we’ve got good news…new episodes can now be found each week online or on the radio in the UK! These shows along with content from RLC events and friends can also be found on the RLC podcast through iTunes. You can also find the video recordings for all events on YouTube.
